Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

The expected shipping time varies across each item category, and is outlined in the description of each of our items. Generally, caps are lodged within 3-5 days and tees are lodged within 2-3 weeks. We're able to prepare the caps with a speedy turnaround, but tees take longer to manufacture and print. If your order is still within the recorded shipping time, it is likely being prepared for you or well on its way!

We can't issue refunds if you failed to read the shipping times for your items, but if your order has taken longer than the expected shipping time, please send us an email!

Why have I only received part of my order?

This typically occurs for orders that contain multiple items - for example, hats and tees in a single order.

Seeing as our caps are prepared within 3-5 days, we are typically able to ship these to you within nine days. If you've purchased tees in the same order, however, shirts typically take take 2-3 weeks for manufacture and shipping. This means they will arrive at a later date to your caps/the rest of your order. This won't affect your shipping costs.

Can I issue a refund?

We typically only refund/exchange products in the case of faulty goods. In this circumstance, Freaky China will pay full return postage for exchange or refund of the goods.

We don't offer change-of-mind or sizing returns, so we'd strongly encourage you to choose carefully when purchasing. We do our best to accommodate to your needs, however, so if you're unsure whether your circumstance constitutes a refund, swing us an email ASAP and we'll see what we can do.
